Products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase. The invoice must be provided as proof to honor the warranty. ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE, MISUSAGE, OR UNAUTHORIZED DISASSEMBLING OF ANY PART OF THE PRODUCTS WILL LEAD TO WARRANTY VOID.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY
We will repair the product free of charge or replace it at our discretion with an equivalent product, if it presents a manufacturing defect covered by the guarantee described above. We will pay shipping costs only for the return of products covered by the guarantee. The shipping costs for an item sent must be assumed by the customer.
Repairs for damage could get an estimated costs and shipping must be assumed by the customer after our approval.

Under no circumstances will products be accepted that are returned without a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. It is important to contact us before making a return. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the product that may occur during transit to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure protection. The processing time for your RMA can be two to four weeks.
